Designer Inspiration Collector

TL;DR: Open a mood board or portfolio → PicHound detects every visible image → filter by size/format/domain → download as a ZIP to your local library. No cloud uploads; your inspiration stays on your device.

Designers lose hours every week collecting references across Pinterest, Behance, Dribbble, and ZCOOL. PicHound compresses that workflow into seconds: bulk-save every visible inspiration image on the page, then filter, edit, extract colors, and manage it all inside the browser. With 50+ e-commerce and platform smart scripts, 30+ language interfaces, and 100% local processing, your reference assets never leave your device. AI background removal runs on RMBG-1.4 / MODNet with a one-time ~100MB model download, then works fully offline. Free users get 5 saves per day; Lifetime Pro is $13.99 for 3 devices (unlimited devices with Google sign-in).

4 Steps to Collect Inspiration

Step 1: Open the Inspiration Page

Open the Pinterest board, Behance project, or Dribbble shot you want to collect in your browser.

Step 2: Launch PicHound and Detect Images

Click the PicHound icon to open the sidebar. It automatically detects all visible images on the current page. If the page lazy-loads, turn on “Auto Scroll” to load more.

Step 3: Filter the Images You Want

  • Filter by size: Skip avatars and tiny icons, keep only high-res references
  • Filter by format: Prefer JPG / PNG / WEBP and other common formats
  • Filter by domain: Keep only images from the inspiration platform
  • Ignore rules: Exclude ads, logos, and UI decoration elements

Step 4: Download to Your Local Library

  1. Select the images you need (select all or by group)
  2. Choose ZIP Package or Individual Download
  3. Set a filename template, e.g. {TITLE}_inspo_{NUM}.{EXT}
  4. After downloading, organize further in PicHound’s image library by album, tag, and color

FAQ

Can PicHound download an entire Pinterest board?
PicHound only saves images that are already visible and loaded on the page. If a board has many pins, scroll to the bottom to lazy-load all images, then use “Auto Scroll” to collect them.

Will images be compressed?
No. PicHound saves the original image URLs rendered on the page, unless you explicitly use the format conversion feature.

Is the Free version enough?
The Free version allows 5 saves per day, great for light inspiration gathering. Upgrade to Lifetime Pro for unlimited downloads.
